CLARK FREEPORT — The Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) closed the last weekend of November on a high note, delivering its most successful 2-Wheels Festival to date and drawing a record-setting crowd of riders and enthusiasts.
The annual Gypsy Tour Motorcycle Parade was the centerpiece of the three-day celebration, bringing together 339 riders on assorted motorcycle brands—more than double last year’s 139 participants. The parade kicked off at the Clark Parade Grounds and culminated in a victory lap at the Clark International Speedway (CIS), marking the festival’s strongest turnout since its inception.
Len Lorenzo, Manager of the Clark Development Corporation’s Tourism Promotions Division, praised the growing momentum. “Over the past three years, CIFOS has grown from an ambitious idea to one of Clark’s most exciting and recognizable signature events,” she said.
Johnny Tan, President of Kilton Motor Corporation and Clark International Speedway, highlighted the expanding support from motorcycle manufacturers. “Use this opportunity every year for everybody to experience the race track through the help of our manufacturers and distributors like Suzuki, Yamaha, Ducati and every other motorcycle manufacturer that would like to support CIFOS,” he noted.

A Weekend of Speed, Skill, and Spectacle
Across three days, CIFOS delivered a full slate of activities designed for riders, racing fans, and lifestyle enthusiasts:
