SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga— More than 4,000 provincial government employees stepped away from their desks for a few hours as the Capitol rolled out a lively program celebrating talent, teamwork, and employee well-being.

The event, dubbed Capitol Employees Hour, turned the government complex into a stage filled with powerhouse vocals, energetic dance numbers, and loud cheers from colleagues. Staff from various departments showcased everything from diva-style belting to Broadway-inspired performances, along with R&B and OPM favorites that had the crowd singing along.

A Zumba competition also took center stage, with employees—joined by their department heads—lighting up the floor with high-energy routines.

Beyond the contests, employees received raffle prizes as part of the appreciation program.

Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda said the initiative aims to show gratitude for the hard work of Capitol personnel and strengthen camaraderie across offices. A supportive and united workforce, she added, translates to better service for Kapampangans.
