Free Movies Are Back for Senior Citizens and PWDs in San Fernando—Starting This Monday

Senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs) in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga can once again enjoy free movie screenings every Monday beginning August 3, 2026, under the city's revived Libreng Sine program.

The benefit is available at four participating cinemas:
🎬 Robinsons Starmills Pampanga
🎬 SM City Pampanga
🎬 SM City Telabastagan
🎬 VistaMall Pampanga

Beneficiaries may watch one free movie every Monday at one participating cinema, subject to the selected film and screening schedule.

The program will not be available if Monday falls on a regular or special non-working holiday, and Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entries in December are excluded.

City officials also reminded participants that the “No Booklet, No I.D., No Entry” policy will be strictly enforced. Eligible seniors and PWDs who have not yet claimed their cinema booklets may do so at the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) or the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) at the Heroes Hall Compound in Barangay San Juan.
