ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — The Unified Command System (UCS) officially terminated search and rescue operations Monday night following the collapse of a building in Angeles City, local authorities announced.
In a statement released by the Angeles City government, operations at the collapse site formally shifted at 8:27 p.m. on May 25 after the Incident Command System (ICS) conducted a final assessment of the area.
