SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga— More than 4,000 provincial government employees stepped away from their desks for a few hours as the Capitol rolled out a lively program celebrating talent, teamwork, and employee well-being.
The event, dubbed Capitol Employees Hour, turned the government complex into a stage filled with powerhouse vocals, energetic dance numbers, and loud cheers from colleagues. Staff from various departments showcased everything from diva-style belting to Broadway-inspired performances, along with R&B and OPM favorites that had the crowd singing along.
A Zumba competition also took center stage, with employees—joined by their department heads—lighting up the floor with high-energy routines.
