ANGELES CITY, Philippines — The vibrant flavors and rich culinary traditions of Pampanga took center stage once again at Pamangan Fiestang Kapampangan 2025, a hallmark fundraising gala organized by the Kuliat Foundation, Inc. as part of the city’s annual Fiestang Kuliat celebration this October.
Held at the historic Museo Ning Angeles, the event served as both a feast and a tribute to Kapampangan heritage—blending taste, memory, and community spirit. The sunlit venue provided an elegant backdrop for an afternoon filled with familiar aromas and timeless recipes that have long defined the province’s reputation as the culinary capital of the Philippines.
This year’s edition gathered an impressive mix of culinary icons, local favorites, and new innovators. Among the participants were Bale Dutung, Aling Lucing’s, Mila’s Tokwa’t Baboy, Tollhouse, Susie’s Cuisine, Armando’s Pizza & Pasta, Dainty Restaurants, and many others who showcased the depth and diversity of Kapampangan cuisine.
From heritage kitchens serving recipes passed down through generations to contemporary chefs adding a modern twist to classic dishes, Pamangan highlighted the enduring creativity and generosity of Kapampangan cooking.
Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin Jr., through the City Tourism Office, expressed his continued support for the event, emphasizing its importance in preserving Angeles City’s cultural identity and creating opportunities for local artisans and culinary students.
The Pamangan Fiestang Kapampangan remains one of the most anticipated features of Fiestang Kuliat, celebrating not only food but the enduring pride of a community deeply rooted in tradition.
